Recruiter who wants to climb to the position of the Team Leader and later Head Hunter should act very fast and aggressive. We are talking here about 6 - 7 digit number at the end. Recruiter who wants to become a Head Hunter in one month should face the fact that he/she will work hard for that one month.
Recruiter should sign (not necessary but way easier) as a one year Platinum Member, so he/she can have access to all necessary online tools. If the Platinum Membership is an issue than Recruiter should ask him/herself if he/she chosen the right job.
Once recruiter became a Member Recruiter should find a referral link. Read all information you can find and create alliance with other Recruiters. Exchange experience and discus new approaches.
