Details: This company provides telephone support for various products. Work from home taking incoming calls. Information you provide customers is all scripted on the computer. If unable to solve customer's issues, responsible for escalating support ticket to appropriate department.
Requirements: Must have computer, fast internet, phone line. Ability to be online and on the phone simultaneously. Should have previous customer service experience, computer experience, good people skills.
